Terms of Service

MoonMix is a meditation and sleep timer app operated by Awaren (Netherlands). The app offers a free tier and an optional paid tier, MoonMix Premium, which unlocks additional bells, background sounds, Mix Scenes, bookmarks, and offline downloads.

You are responsible for the security of your sign-in method (email + password, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In). Don't share your account, and please tell us at support@awaren.nl if you suspect someone else has accessed it.

MoonMix Premium is sold as a monthly, yearly, or one-time lifetime purchase, billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) under their respective terms. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel a subscription from your App Store / Play Store account settings, or from inside MoonMix at Settings → MoonMix Pro.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their refund policies. We are happy to assist you in requesting a refund — email support@awaren.nl.

You agree not to:

• Use MoonMix in a way that disrupts other users or our infrastructure.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our audio catalog.
• Resell or redistribute the bells and background sounds shipped with the app.

MoonMix is a meditation and sleep aid. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition, talk to a qualified healthcare professional before relying on the app.

The MoonMix brand, app, and curated audio catalog are owned by Awaren and protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoonMix is provided on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. This does not limit any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

You may stop using MoonMix and delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms after attempting to contact you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be brought before the competent court of the district where Awaren is established, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under your local law.
