Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe, then open MoonMix → Settings → MoonMix Pro → Restore purchases. Your premium entitlement will reactivate within seconds.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so cancellation happens in their account settings — App Store → your name → Subscriptions, or Play Store → Payments & subscriptions. You can also reach the management screen via Settings → MoonMix Pro inside the app.
MoonMix follows your phone's language by default (English or Dutch are supported). You can override it from Settings → Language in the app.
Settings → Account → Delete account inside MoonMix. This permanently removes your profile, bookmarks, and premium record. To stop a paid subscription from renewing, cancel it in your App Store / Play Store settings — deleting the account does not cancel the store-side subscription on its own.
Try (1) toggling silent mode off, (2) plugging in headphones to verify the device speaker, (3) restarting the app, (4) signing out and back in. If it persists, email us with your device + iOS/Android version and we'll dig in.
Yes — with MoonMix Premium, download bells and background sounds from Settings → Offline timer. The bundled audio plus your downloads will work without any network connection.
